Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Coating Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and qualitative preparation of project technical specifications, elaborating insulation and painting summaries, and issuing technical documentation and price schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and qualitative preparation of project technical specifications in coordination with other disciplines.
  • Elaborate insulation and painting summaries for both piping and equipment.
  • Issue all the technical documentation and price schedule for insulation, painting, fireproofing, and refractory lining subcontracts.
  • Analyze offers from subcontractors, perform the technical Bid Tabulation (including technical clarifications and deviations).
  • Review all the Vendors' documentation.
  • Adhere to the committed man/hours and budget.
  • Meet quality and HSE objectives of the project.
  • Interface with other discipline specialist engineers and project support functions such as procurement and planning.
Requirements
  • Engineering Degree.
  • Previous experience of at least 5 years in in-depth knowledge of coatings, thermal and acoustic insulation, refractory linings, and fireproofing.
  • Languages: English fluent.

  • Capability to complete tasks on time with the required Company quality level.
  • Open mind with respect to new energy sources and digital solutions.
  • Availability to international mobility for either short- or long-term assignment.
  • Knowledge of new energy sources, renewables, green/blue hydrogen technologies, as well as new digital tools and solutions will be appreciated.
  • Advanced knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Package.
