Job Description

Wolters Kluwer Italia S.r.l. is seeking a Professional Service Generalist to join its Tax & Accounting Division. The ideal candidate will have expertise in budgeting, tax, and accounting for the professional services segment (Commercialisti) and will work closely with the Service team to deliver projects and support clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Wolters Kluwer software applications according to client-specific needs;
  • Analyze the feasibility of customizing Wolters Kluwer software products;
  • Manage relationships with the development team to ensure timely delivery of solutions;
  • Proactively propose improvements to client business solutions;
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients;
  • Support pre-sales activities in collaboration with commercial teams;
  • Present at events, training sessions, and promotional activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce;
  • Previous experience in a similar role or at a commercial firm or tax and accounting consulting firm;
  • Strong knowledge of tax and accounting legislation and regulations;
  • Passion for technology and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
  • Excellent listening and interpretation skills to understand client needs;
  • Ability to solve problems and provide effective solutions;
  • Strong predisposition to guide clients towards innovative and efficient approaches;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Enthusiasm and proactivity;
  • Continuous learning propensity;
  • Team working skills.

The role requires a high level of availability for national travel (70% of working time).
