We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager to join our team at Jefferson Wells. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and the community.

• Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and provide technical support to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaborate with Plant/Site Managers to ensure effective implementation of HSE Management Systems.
• Perform internal audits to verify adherence to HSE standards and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with ISO45001 and ISO14001 norms and maintain certification.

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in EHS in a structured industrial international company.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Environmental and Safety legislations and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactivity and excellent presentation skills.
