Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Procurement Expert to join our team at Collegio Alla Querce. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for driving procurement strategies that meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the work of the Receiving Clerk, including training and supervision
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize inventory management and reduce costs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely deliveries
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify supply chain needs and develop solutions
- Manage and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier databases and purchase orders
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to support business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in computers and information technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field preferred

Compensation
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
