About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Devices Project Lead to join our team at Technogym. As a key member of our R&D Department, you will be responsible for developing Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and electronic board/device integrated in our equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage specifications, project documentation, and project budget to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with international suppliers to co-design and develop partnership opportunities.
  • Define and set up requirements and specifications for modular systems, including functional, reliability, and regulatory aspects.
  • Plan, coordinate, and control outsourced development activities and their integration within product development projects.
  • Support the certification of equipment on which the systems are implemented.
  • Ensure adherence to target cost, time to market, and reliability goals.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering.
  • 3-5 years' experience in the automotive sector and/or industrial/embedded systems, panel PC, appliance, or consumer electronics.
  • Knowledge of ARM and microcontroller-based digital electronics, including basic hardware design.
  • Electronic/TLC skills, including LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, cloud computing, UART, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of software architectures, such as Android and FreeRTOS.
  • Design-to-Cost techniques and ability to apply them effectively in development with cost targets.
  • Project Management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong aptitude for planning and controlling internal and external activities.
