About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team in the Research and Development (R&D) department on automation and robotization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor R&D projects focusing on new technologies development, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conduct in-depth problem analysis to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions that prevent reoccurrences.
  • Establish clear targets and metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to assess organizational performance and ensure progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed effectively.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including on-site quarterly reviews with core team and customers, to provide visibility on program execution and development progress.
  • Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and budgets.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the R&D sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and French knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge on I4.0 and basic understanding of robotization and automation.
