We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Ambassador. As a representative of the esteemed Swarovski brand, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled customer service and creating memorable experiences for our discerning clientele.

As a key ambassador of our luxury brand, your primary objective will be to develop strong relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and showcasing our exquisite products in a way that exceeds their expectations. You will be an expert in understanding our customers' needs and preferences, leveraging this insight to drive sales and consistently meet or exceed targets.

About the Role:
  • Create a captivating experience for customers by presenting and showcasing our premium products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of product features, benefits, and price points to provide informed and personalized advice.
  • Conduct transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
About You:
  • You possess a keen eye for fashion and a genuine passion for luxury brands.
  • Your excellent communication skills enable you to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • You are highly motivated and driven, with a customer-centric approach.
  • You have prior experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proficiency in German, English, and Italian (at least B2 level) is required.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
