About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our team and create comprehensive architectural documentation for our BIM software. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to design and develop the documentation structure, conduct thorough research on the product and internal users, and create a comprehensive guide for writing and maintaining the documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop the documentation structure for our BIM software
  • Conduct thorough research on the product, processes, and internal users
  • Create comprehensive guides for writing and maintaining the documentation
  • Define the language style, formality level, and overall tone for the documentation
  • Develop a structure for documenting the software for future development
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in drafting technical documentation for software, preferably in the BIM or civil engineering sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, computer science, linguistics, or a related field
  • Native English proficiency or advanced English skills
  • In-depth knowledge of technical documentation principles, including writing styles, authoring tools, and documentation management
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear and understandable language for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
What We Offer:
  • €40 - €60 per hour, depending on experience
