HS&E Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HS&E Specialist to join our team in Nogara, Italy. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our supply chain.

The successful candidate will support the HSE Manager and the logistics team with planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing support to the department on the implementation of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certifications and CCHBCI requirement.
• Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and reference for the logistics team to collect evidence, provide solutions, and support project/change management implementation.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of S&E culture.
• Reviewing and evaluating internal and external flows and consequent interactions in a proactive approach.
• Supervising logistics operations both in plant and subleased warehouse and external area, evaluating risks, and providing 'safe' solutions in line with business needs.
• Working with logistics team, 3PL, operating staff at Country and Corporate level to establish/update procedures, standards, and systems and supplying proper feedback.
• Supporting the HSE Manager and logistics team with planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that department objectives are met.
• Providing support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Ensuring training and meetings are implemented as part of the company's HSE training program.
• Investigating and completing the process for close-out of all Accident Investigation Reports.
• Managing Safety Statistics reporting. Tracking and providing regular HSE performance reporting.
• Assisting in the development of project-specific HSE procedures.
• Conducting HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
• Contractors management – verifying H&S documentation, writing DUVRI, and H&S coordination minute.
• Supervision and coordination of HSE activities and operation, defining operative instructions.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

• Masters Degree in Engineering, with specialization in QHSE or related discipline.
• At least Mod.A-B RSPP (MOD.C is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of HS&E experience.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, HSE management systems, and experience in logistics.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Experience with contractors management.
• Fluent English knowledge.
