We're Getac, leaders in rugged computing solutions for various industries. As an Inside Account Representative - Sales Growth, you'll contribute to our sales process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Lead generation and management – attract potential customers, qualify leads, and assign leads.
  • Support Business Development Manager and Channel Partners with qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with channel partners to maintain and expand our market presence.
  • Monitor and increase pipeline for the sales team, scheduling calls/meetings and product presentations.
  • Effectively manage small to medium-sized opportunities from initiation to closure.

You'll engage directly with:

  • End users
  • System integrators
  • VARs (Value-Added Resellers)
  • Resellers

To drive sales outcomes and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of account management experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • IT Hardware sector experience required, with knowledge of the rugged market a plus.
  • Success communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Independent work style with minimal supervision.
