We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Bros Manifatture (Brosway Italia - S'Agapò - Rosato - Pianegonda - Bros). As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a vital role in driving our growth strategy across the EMEA region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets within the designated territories. You will also supervise and coordinate sales activities across all regions within the EMEA area, reporting to management on a weekly/monthly basis.

About the Role:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territories (individual objectives set through EV).
  • Sales Operations: Supervise and coordinate sales activities across all regions within the EMEA area, reporting to management on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Business Intelligence: Monitor business performance on a monthly/quarterly basis and prepare sales budgets and projections in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and interpret key quantitative metrics (sell-out) and KPIs to develop data-driven strategies and enhance performance.
  • Customer Service: Manage and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Partner Consulting: Provide guidance to distributors and retailers on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • International Relations: Represent the company to international partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients through regular visits.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of ___ years in Sales Management roles (ideally in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury sector) with a specific focus on EMEA.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with international partners/customers.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
