We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at the U.S. Air Forces, Europe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to order, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and texture, and that presentation is appealing.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve our culinary goals and standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
