About the Role:

This role requires a highly organized and proactive Reception Agent to provide seamless hospitality services to our guests. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in a 5-star luxury hotel setting, with expertise in systems such as PMS (Protel), Channel Manager, CRM, Canvas, MailChimp, and OTA Extranet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with navigation through the hotel
  • Serve refreshments and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Manage calendars for appointments, sort reservation emails, make copies, and arrange travel
  • Create personalized guest journeys
  • Ensure smooth communication via phone calls and other means

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
  • Proficiency in PMS systems and ability to learn new technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambition, respect for others, punctuality, and collaborative spirit
