Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Application Specialist to join our team in the North East Italy sales region. As a Field Application Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting existing customers on site, applying deep analytical thinking and problem solving, and contributing to the definition of sales department goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support existing customers on site, providing basic configuration of installations, software training, and programming support.
  • Apply deep analytical thinking and problem solving to select products and analyze applications, including related documentation.
  • Contribute to the definition of sales department goals and strategies.
  • Report visits through the Customer Relationship Management tool.
  • Participate in local and international meetings and workshops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a technical high school with 3 years' experience in a technical field.
  • Work experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the mentioned markets and applications will be considered a plus.
  • Technical mindset with commercial understanding and customer orientation.
  • Team spirit, goal orientation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (all relevant documentation will be in English).
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Residence in Veneto region.
