Portfolio Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by providing strategic guidance and oversight to our project portfolio.

• Provide expertise across all phases of the project, from engineering to cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
• Develop and implement portfolio analysis and rebalancing strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of processes, including product development, strategic product planning, and Agile methodologies.
• Establish and maintain uniformity of processes across departments.
• Develop and communicate strategic vision and direction for the portfolio department.
• Ensure investments are aligned with strategic directions and contribute to the development of strategic product planning.
• Manage performance of resources, provide continuous feedback, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Be a custodian, ambassador, and promoter of corporate culture and strategy.

• PMP Certification.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and process phase/gates methodologies for product development.
• People management skills with direct and indirect reports.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel to various geographical locations.
• At least 10 years of project management experience with significant experience in managing complex multibrand portfolios.
