Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team in Pavia, Italy. As a key member of our IC Development Center, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test solutions for our advanced semiconductor products. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, and you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test methodologies for our GaN IC products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop test programs, hardware, and software for automated testing.
  • Analyze test results and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize test processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and reliability labs to ensure smooth test transfer processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GaN IC technology and apply this knowledge to develop innovative test strategies and methodologies.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a result-oriented individual with a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation. You should have a university degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor test business with ATE platforms from major vendors. Proficiency in C/C++ and script languages, as well as experience with high-current mixed-signal IC or power and discrete testing, is highly desirable.
