Accounting Specialist

Job Summary:

At SPEA, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing supplier accounts in Italy and abroad. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foreign Accounts Suppliers:
  • Self-invoices, EEC Invoices, Extracee Invoices, Intrastat purchases, Provigioni Foreign Invoices: printing, control, recording, order matching, control, electronic sending, preparation for payment and archiving
  • Control of costs and transitional accounts, invoices to be received, credit notes to be received, deferred charges
• Accounting suppliers Italy/Abroad:
  • Imports, Credit card statements, Conai: printing import request, preparation and sending documents for customs clearance, recording credit card movements and reconciliation, compilation of data files from customs bills for Conai declaration and its transmission
• Accounting suppliers Italy:
  • Customs Bills, Register Expense Summary, Vehicles, Tax Credit Reporting: printing of customs bills, control, registration, closing of customs practices, Archiving
  • Control of the register costs transferred for reconciliation of statements credit cards, Airplus; General archive documents (DDT and invoices); Control and reconciliation costs, management deadlines (stamps, insurance, fuel, etc.); Documentation of invoices for dossiers "Tax credit for capital goods inf. to € 516"

Requirements:

• Proven competence in accounting suppliers
• Customs practices management property, Conai declaration, Intrastat
• Excellent knowledge of accounting flows, invoicing costs and accounts control
