Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Expert to join our team at I Q. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale Java web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Database Management: Maintain central databases to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  2. Performance Optimization: Ensure the responsiveness and performance of our web applications by implementing efficient algorithms and data structures.
  3. Frontend Integration: Integrate frontend elements into our web applications to provide a seamless user experience.
  4. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with co-developers and other related departments to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  5. Bug Fixing and Performance Improvement: Identify and fix bugs, and improve application performance to meet business requirements.
  6. Technical Documentation: Write clear and concise technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  7. Team Meetings: Attend regular team gatherings to discuss initiatives, goals, and project progress.
  8. Developer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to other developers to ensure project success.
  9. Project Delivery: Meet deadlines for time-sensitive deliveries and ensure project deliverables meet business expectations.
  10. Reporting and Analysis: Create thorough reports on work accomplished and projects completed to facilitate business decision-making.
