About the Role

This role involves leading our Technical Support Team and managing the work of our Technical Centers. You will provide technical solutions, training, and support to our customers and teams.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Technical Support Team and manage the Technical Centers' work.
  2. Provide technical solutions, training, and support to customers and teams.
  3. Manage technical support service costs and revenues.
  4. Coordinate customer projects from order to delivery and work with CISA Technical Centers.
  5. Train CISA Technical Centers on product configuration, installation, and customer management.
  6. Solve problems using structured techniques and identify root causes and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic/Informatics.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in technical support leadership.
