About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Cost Specialist to join our team at Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. As a key member of our Production & Services team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and analyze production cycles to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Design and Method Managers to develop and implement process solutions
  • Provide cost estimation and analysis to support business decisions
  • Analyze and optimize process methodologies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Apply Lean Production methodologies to streamline production processes
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
