About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to support our clients in their financial planning and analysis needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or tax firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, as well as analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • ERP Management: Support the management of our ERP system and related workflows, ensuring seamless integration with our financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting, to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  • Ad-hoc Analyses: Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports to support decision-making, leveraging your expertise in financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve financial processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with Italian GAAP, IFRS, and financial statement analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or tax firms.
  • Language: Proficient in the Italian language and fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with financial software applications SAP, Oracle, or Navision, and strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
