About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and debugging software, improving the performance of existing software, and supervising technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing software applications using Java, JavaScript, Python, and other programming languages
  • Improving the performance and scalability of existing software systems
  • Providing training and guidance to junior engineers
  • Maintaining and upgrading software systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Researching and recommending new technologies to improve productivity
  • Supervising and overseeing technical projects from start to finish

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong background in software development lifecycle
  • Expertise in multiple programming paradigms, including object-oriented, concurrent, functional, and asynchronous programming
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as Node.js, React, Angular, and Spring
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, CI tools, and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
