Job Scope and Main Responsibilities
Within the Corporate Management Control Department, your role involves overseeing and driving operating costs and expenses for the various Group entities. Your responsibilities include:
- Guaranteeing the reliability of General & Administrative information for Finance and General Management departments.
- Participating in the monthly G&A closing process.
- Business partnering on spending drifts and variance analysis.
- Developing and distributing quarterly reports to drive decision-making.
- Proposing and participating in cost optimization projects.
- Supporting management controllers in ad hoc and specific studies.
- Ensuring the respect of deadlines and the reliability of financial data and analyzes for each management cycle.
- Managing and animating the management cycles (actual, re-forecasts, budget, plan).

Technical Skills - Portrait of a Perfect Candidate
- Educational Background: Economics, Engineering. A Master in Finance/Management Control would be a plus.
- At least 7 years of experience in Controlling.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience with Excel.
- Solid experience in a large, multinational organization is preferable.
- Excellent relationship and networking skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
