Our value proposition in Procurement Solutions initiates and completes the supply chain of Intelligent Procurement, Smart Booking, and Invisible Payment. We aim to achieve a continuous, cyclic optimization in the supply chain.

Position

We are seeking a Milan-based Intern Procurement Consulting (all genders) to join our Procurement department. You will support our team in managing strategic consulting projects for global corporate customers, helping them create and implement travel procurement strategies, optimize and manage their global hotel spending, and ensure a seamless travel experience for their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage hotel programs of clients, including strategy definition, hotel procurement, and continuous hotel program management
  • Conduct analyses and derive insights from client data and extensive HRS global benchmark data to identify hotel spend optimization potential
  • Manage sourcing projects with client team members and consultant peers across the world
  • Work hand-in-hand with our global procurement and sales organization
Requirements
  • Education background in Business Management or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a passion for translating data into actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Organisational skills and the ability to adapt and prioritise in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Curious mindset, with the ability to think outside the box
  • Fluency in English spoken and written (other European languages are a plus)
