Welding Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Welding Engineer to join our team at Energy Jobline. As a key member of our Industrial & Engineering Technology team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative welding techniques and procedures.

• Develop and test new welding techniques and procedures to improve fabrication processes and equipment.
• Conduct research and development investigations to identify new patterns of welding phenomena and correlate hypotheses.
• Develop and apply Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis to optimize welding processes.
• Establish and maintain welding procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Direct and coordinate technical personnel to ensure adherence to established welding procedures and standards.

• Proven experience in welding engineering and fabrication.
• International Welding Engineer/Technologist certification is an asset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Initiative to stay up-to-date with technology advancements.
