Job SummaryThe Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for guests at The Inn at Villanova University. This role requires a friendly and positive demeanor, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and register guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take individual and group reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Check guests in and out, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Maintain security and safety of The Inn, its property, and guests.
- Accurately maintain shift reports, logs, and daily paperwork.
- Represent The Inn in a positive manner to guests, callers, and local officials.
- Provide overnight assistance in case of emergencies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality/hotel environment.
- Ability to work effectively without immediate supervision.
- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with WIN, MS Word, Excel, PMS, POS, and Outlook.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Ability to work long hours, stand for extended periods, and lift light objects.
