Job Summary

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for guests at The Inn at Villanova University. This role requires a friendly and positive demeanor, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and register guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take individual and group reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Check guests in and out, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain security and safety of The Inn, its property, and guests.
  • Accurately maintain shift reports, logs, and daily paperwork.
  • Represent The Inn in a positive manner to guests, callers, and local officials.
  • Provide overnight assistance in case of emergencies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality/hotel environment.
  • Ability to work effectively without immediate supervision.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with WIN, MS Word, Excel, PMS, POS, and Outlook.
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work long hours, stand for extended periods, and lift light objects.
