The Job

We are looking for a skilled Process and Technological Updates Engineer to work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to design and develop innovative automation solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in STEM fields and at least 3 years of experience in managing continuous improvement and automation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced automation systems to optimize warehouse efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and warehouse layouts using data and advanced analytics
  • Utilize data analytics and machine learning tools to monitor and optimize KPIs related to warehouse productivity and quality
  • Coordinate the implementation of new automation projects from initial planning to final delivery and evaluation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • At least 3 years' experience in the management of continuous improvement and automation projects in the logistics and non-logistics sector
  • Cross-functional operations experience, including engineering, solution design, customer support, professional services, managed services, or other operational areas
  • Automation expertise, including AGV, robotics, and PLC or programming systems
