Institutional Bid Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Bid Manager to join our team at D-Orbit. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing funding opportunities issued by institutional organizations, such as space agencies, governments, and European organizations.

• Manage the participation in institutional bidding opportunities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals and coordinating the proposal team.
• Plan and execute the offer, managing interactions with internal departments and partner organizations.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and reflect those in the offer.
• Liaise with bid consortium members for their contribution to the proposal.
• Prepare and maintain proposal templates and keep records of documentation produced and issued in all bid phases.
• Collaborate with administrative and program management departments for bureaucratic tasks and proposal drafting.
• Guarantee compliance with company processes, customer requests, and strategic goals.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a large, international team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with precision and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Office tools, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage demanding and fluctuating workloads effectively.
• Sale-oriented attitude.
• Preferably two to three years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales, with a focus on technological services.
• Knowledge of the space market and macro-economy principles.
