Solution Architect (SA) - Language Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Localizationacademy. As a key member of our Language Services team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge language technology solutions that address our clients' diverse linguistic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their language-related challenges and requirements.
  2. Develop comprehensive, scalable, and customized language solutions that align with clients' business goals and industry best practices.
  3. Lead technical and process aspects of early sales and project planning meetings with client representatives, business and project management owners.
  4. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring clients have a deep understanding of proposed solutions.
  5. Determine best approach and technology configurations for content localization and transformation.
  6. Author, communicate, and deliver vision and detail to win RFPs through proposal writing and presentations.
  7. Craft production program overviews for new service lines in conjunction with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role within the language industry (5+ years).
  2. English Full Professional Knowledge.
  3. Italian Language Proficiency is a plus.
  4. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
  5. Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
  7. Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of delivering innovative and impactful language solutions.
  8. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  9. Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) technologies, machine translation, localization, and content management systems.
  10. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and experience with relevant frameworks and libraries are welcome.
  11. Familiarity with API integration.
  12. Flexibility and ability to learn new technologies.
