Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager with a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of HR functions
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR manager
  • Compiling and updating employee records
  • Coordinating HR projects
  • Coordinating communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Supporting the HR manager to conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Coordinating social activities for employees
  • Supporting on Corporate Social Responsibilities activities
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and a degree in HR or a related field. Additionally, basic knowledge of labor laws and computer skills (MS Office) are required.
