Auberge Resorts, LLC is undergoing an extensive transformation to awaken the property's storied and romantic history.

Company Overview

Collegio alla Querce, a former cultural institution and much-beloved boarding school, is being revitalized as Auberge's third European destination.

Our resort features 83 rooms, an original chapel and theater, a library, two restaurants, and a bar surrounded by old-growth cypress and soaring oak trees.

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Resort Hospitality Manager to lead our bell staff and provide seamless guest experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and leading the bell staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.
  • Assisting guests with luggage, transportation, and other needs to guarantee a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience.
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments to coordinate services for guests, including transportation, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Conducting training sessions for bell staff to ensure they are well-versed in customer service standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
  • Handling guest concerns or issues related to bell services, finding effective solutions and ensuring a positive experience for guests.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of one-year experience as a Bell Captain, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • A valid License to operate a motor vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $**55,000 - $65,000 per year**.
