Job Summary

We are seeking a Recreation Leader to join our team at the Town of Florence. As a Recreation Leader, you will be responsible for planning and conducting recreation activities at our facilities, engaging with adults and children, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct recreation activities, including sports, games, and arts and crafts
  • Engage with participants, providing a fun and inclusive environment
  • Assist with front desk duties, including customer service, program registration, and cash handling
  • Participate in special events and parks maintenance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • First Aid and CPR certification preferred
  • Ability to stand, stoop, walk, and lift moderate to heavy objects
  • Physical agility and ability to conduct recreational activities
