Program Manager Ground Segment per Missione di Telecomunicazione

La società Telespazio, una joint venture tra Leonardo e Thales, è una delle principali aziende al mondo nel campo delle soluzioni e dei servizi satellitari. La società è parte della Space Alliance, un'alleanza strategica tra Leonardo e Thales che offre una gamma completa di servizi in ambito spaziale.
La posizione di Program Manager Ground Segment per Missione di Telecomunicazione è rivolta a una risorsa capace di gestire programmi di sviluppo di Ground Segment per Missioni di Telecomunicazione. Il perimetro delle competenze richiesto include la capacità di gestione di un progetto sia da un punto di vista economico finanziario che da un punto di vista programmatico.
Principali Attività/Responsabilità:
- Partecipazione alla gestione programmi sia in ambito nazionale che internazionale relativi al dominio in oggetto.
- Partecipazione, in coordinamento con il responsabile, al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di progetto.
- Partecipazione alla gestione della compliance contrattuale in accordo alle procedure Aziendali.
- Partecipazione alla definizione dei rischi di progetto ed alla gestione degli stessi.
- Partecipazione ai bid team per l'elaborazione delle principali offerte commerciali.
- Partecipazione alla preparazione dell'offerta con particolare riguardo al volume Manageriale.
- Partecipazione e coordinamento delle attività relative alla raccolta dei costi.
Requisiti:
- Laurea ingegneria.
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
- Esperienza maturata nell'ambito della gestione programmi.
- Disponibilità a trasferte brevi nazionali ed internazionali.
- Certificazione PMI gradita.
Competenze Tecniche Specifiche:
- Principi di economia aziendale e gestione del conto economico di Programma.
- Capacità di gestire progetti di media complessità da un punto di vista economico finanziario.
- Capacità di gestire progetti di media complessità da un punto di vista programmatico ed industriale.
- Conoscenza standard e processi ECSS in merito al "Program management".
- Conoscenza di base di sistemi di telecomunicazioni satellitari, operazioni satellite, architetture dei sistemi di Ground.
- Capacità di gestire il coordinamento tecnico-programmatico di sotto-contraenti e coordinamento delle attività interne, inclusiva di buone capacità negoziali.
- Conoscenza di base delle problematiche inerenti alle attività di integrazione e test sui siti.
- E' gradita la conoscenza delle componenti principali dei Sistemi di Lancio e Trasporto Spaziale (infrastrutture di Ground, lanciatori, operazioni di lancio).
Conoscenze Linguistiche:
- Inglese scritto e parlato.
Conoscenze Informatiche:
- Tool di pianificazione MSProject.
- SAP base.
- Pacchetto MSOffice.
Competenze Comportamentali:
- Orientamento alla gestione del Cliente.
- Orientamento al lavoro di team e capacità inclusiva.
- Capacità di analisi e sintesi.
- Determinazione al risultato e spirito di iniziativa.
