Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Engagement: Create a warm and welcoming environment, anticipating and addressing guests' needs to enhance their overall experience.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any concerns or special requests.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Requirements:
  • Professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment.
