Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. is a leading manufacturer of luxury super sports cars, recognized for its commitment to innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Operations Leader to join our team at our headquarters in Sant'Agata Bolognese.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, with a proven track record of driving product development from an industrial perspective. Key responsibilities will include evaluating and influencing product assembly concepts and solutions, participating in interfunctional meetings, and analyzing pre-series product problems for interior and water management issues.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating closely with research and development, quality, and manufacturing engineering teams. As an Interior Operations Leader, you will be responsible for defining backup solutions, participating in proto assembly phases, and collecting and reporting assembly complaints. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the definition and setup of specific assembly tooling.
To succeed in this role, you will need a university degree in engineering or a technical degree with relevant experience in a similar technical role. A minimum of 4 years of experience in the automotive industry is required, along with strong knowledge of design and CAD software. Proficiency in Italian, German, and English is highly valued.
