About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal DevSecOps Architect to join our team. As a key member of our European architecture community, you will be responsible for driving best practices in DevSecOps across our European portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on reviewing and defining EU standards and best practices for CI/CD, branching strategies, and tooling. You will also set up and maintain automation for tech debt reviews, collect and analyze data for BI/visualization, and ensure compliance with repository requirements.

About the Position
  • This role requires 10-15 years of experience in complex matrix-based organizations, with substantial exposure to big projects.
  • You should have strong influencing skills, excellent communication, and fluency in English.
  • Must-have tools include GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira, cloud engineering (Azure preferred), CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and IaC with Terraform or another leading framework.
  • Proficiency in .NET and C# is strongly recommended.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
