About the Role

The Security Processes Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Group Security and Corporate Services Team.

The successful candidate will oversee security projects, focusing on cost savings, and identify areas for intervention and alternative approaches to optimize resources.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising security projects to enhance team efficiency and cost savings
  • Coordinating with stakeholders for new projects and supporting the Travel Security function in cost definition and balancing
  • Developing or coordinating risk analysis and management platforms as needed
  • Supporting the technological advancement of security processes and creating an incident management system for reporting and responding
  • Managing and optimizing physical security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance, ensuring compliance with regulations and company security needs
  • Monitoring security systems continuously and conducting periodic risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose improvement solutions
  • Providing technical support and training to end users on security systems
  • Staying updated on new technologies and best practices in physical security to propose innovative solutions
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all security systems, including standard operating procedures and emergency protocols
  • Ensuring compliance of security systems with applicable local, national, and international regulations
  • Assisting the Physical Security Coordinator in drafting privacy-related documents regarding video surveillance for group companies
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in IT security and quantitative analysis
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and end users
  • Proven experience in project coordination and risk management
  • Certification in security-related fields (CISSP, CISM) is a plus
