Client Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Noventa di Piave Outlet Store, reporting to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service to ensure client satisfaction and meet performance expectations.
  • Drive sales targets achievements in line with company strategy and vision.
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with clients, embracing the clienteling culture.
  • Collect and update client information to optimize CRM usage.
  • Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service aligned with Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • Stay up-to-date on luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
  • Work on silhouettes, suggesting alternative items to enhance client discovery of the collection.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, adapt to diverse personalities, and seek support from colleagues.
  • Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines effectively.
  • Maintain a tidy stock area, monitor stock deliveries and availabilities, and communicate timely out-of-stock merchandise and other relevant information.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience of 3-4 years, preferably in Fashion & Luxury contexts.
  • Excellent client service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to various client types.
  • Excellent communication and empathic skills.
  • Strong team player with multitasking and flexibility.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and build a diverse client portfolio.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Protected Category, according to Italian Law 68/99.
