Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Airbus Italia S.p.A. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the link between programmes and sales to support solution design, maintenance, and evolution of products in our portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Definition: Interface between programmes and sales to support the definition of product specifications, enabling their evolution to meet customer and market expectations.
  • Design and Business Case: Develop and maintain product business cases, including market analysis, competitor research, and opportunity identification.
  • Market Promotion: Stimulate RFI/RFQ from the market and support the bids function by providing necessary elements for the opportunity board and binding process.
  • Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including brand promotion campaigns, events, workshops, press, and sponsorships.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for marketing materials preparation, including presentations, flyers, leaflets, brochures, and other collateral.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in space/defence products management, with a proven track record of successfully managing business for the ESA, ASI, or Defence sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience in dealing with stakeholders across all hierarchy levels.
