We are looking for a highly experienced Global Finance Operations Manager to join our client's team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the finance transformation program, leveraging SAP S/4HANA Finance to modernize and optimize finance operations.

About the Company

Our client is a global manufacturer undergoing a significant finance transformation. They require an expert to lead the SAP S/4HANA Finance project, ensuring seamless system integration, process standardization, and business alignment.

Job Description
  • 10+ years of experience in finance transformation within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance projects at a regional or global scale.
  • Strong understanding of SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling), Group Reporting, and Project Systems (PS).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end finance transformation, ensuring successful deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance and related digital solutions.
  2. Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align technology with finance operating models and business objectives.
  3. Drive process harmonization across finance, controlling, and reporting to improve efficiency and compliance.
  4. Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with other enterprise applications.
  5. Identify risks and proactively mitigate challenges related to implementation, adoption, and user training.
  6. Act as a trusted advisor to finance leaders, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
  7. Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements.
