Project Manager - Small Projects

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of project management principles and practices, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans, in collaboration with the Project Controls department.

Ensure project execution follows best practices and company policies.

Monitor and control project progress and resource utilization.

Manage project financials, including invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.

Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage risk, and ensure all opportunities are identified and pursued.

Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the project.

Ensure project closure, as contractually agreed, and drive formal acceptance by the customer.

Apply contract and claims management, in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements.

Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to procure required services, materials, and equipment for the project.

Support Supply Chain Management in negotiations, claims, and project changes.

Act as key contact for the customer and escalation point for project issues.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.

Ensure project compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements:

Engineering degree (preferably Electrical or Management).

Excellent knowledge of English language.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Certification PMI/PMP is a plus.

SAP knowledge is a plus.

Previous experience in project management of at least 2-3 years is nice to have.
