Job Title: Senior Art Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Art Director to join our team at Leo Burnett. As a Senior Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in the art direction progress for national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Realize communication projects and support integrated campaigns;
  • Conceive creative proposals in ATL, BTL, social, digital - and present them;
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results;
  • Manage and mentor junior art directors and designers;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices;

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience with integrated campaigns in international agencies;
  • Proven track record of delivering successful art direction projects;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills;
