ROLE OBJECTIVE
The primary aim is to explore and implement optimal technical solutions that address the corporate requirements related to the infrastructure of paper mills and plants, in line with the group's investment strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess weaknesses, identify technical innovations, and propose investment recommendations through on-site evaluations, ensuring the best solutions are suggested.
- Develop comprehensive technical projects and prepare the requisite documentation.
- Conduct economic and technical evaluations of supplier proposals, facilitating informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the procurement team during supplier negotiations when necessary.
- Oversee the execution and initiation of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to production units, including post-implementation assistance.
- Work in conjunction with the Building Officer on infrastructure and facility interventions.
- Stay informed about technological advancements through supplier relationships.
- Foster a culture of safety within the organization.
- Uphold corporate principles and values in all activities.
Additional Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Electrical/Electrotechnical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong command of the English language.
- Competent in using Autocad software.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset.
