In Eni, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning and Control Specialist to join our Plenitude team. As a key member of our Planning and Control Renewables and Investments team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, evaluating investment projects, and managing merger and acquisition operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Manage merger and acquisition operations, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger review.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in planning and control, investment valuation, and renewable energy.
- Excellent knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
