Job Summary

Cash Management Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring collections and payments flow into the system, providing instructions and requesting information from correspondent banks, and analyzing supporting documentation sent by clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor collections and payments flow into the system
  • Provide instructions and request information from correspondent banks
  • Analyze supporting documentation sent by clients
  • Monitor available funds prior to settlement
  • Incident reporting and escalation
  • Support cash sales and product

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Previous experience in operational cash management
  • Excellent English language proficiency (written/verbal)
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel
