About the Role

As a Senior Brand Manager at Praxi, you will be responsible for managing the brand portfolio with a focus on profitability and rotation. This involves analyzing the competitive landscape and market trends to support business growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long-term innovation plans, designing the future portfolio and managing a fast-paced innovation pipeline.
  • Define business cases to support innovation projects and develop products with a specific focus on recipes, claims, and formats.
  • Set prices, including list definitions and recommended retail prices per channel/country.
  • Develop packaging and design a marketing plan that supports global brand growth.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing budget and execute branding and category projects in collaboration with other team members.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment.
