Infotainment Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Infotainment Development Team as a Project Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to infotainment and connectivity systems for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Lead and organize project teams
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers
  • Develop and support advanced infotainment features and functions
  • Act as an escalation point for customer and internal issues
  • Interface with customers on project management
  • Coordinate with other departments and teams
  • Generate technical and project reports and presentation materials
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in embedded products, infotainment, connectivity, or related automotive features
  • Knowledge and experience with Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Requirements and functional specifications management
  • SW development process knowledge
  • Test execution and management knowledge
  • Vehicle development lifecycle knowledge
  • Ability to manage complex problems and propose solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Target-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of autonomy
Preferred Requirements
  • Previous experience with Jira and Confluence tools
  • Ability to define and communicate priorities
  • Knowledge in conflict management

  • Time-management approach
Education and Language Skills

Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent degree

Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Italian and German is appreciated.
