Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Modelling Strategist to join our R&D Digital & Tech team in CMC Digital Data and Analytics Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the roadmap that improves user experience for products within your domain, aligning with strategic priorities.

About the Role
  • You will have ownership and responsibility for a product or a product family depending on its criticality and size.
  • As a single point of contact for your product space, you will work collaboratively and adaptively to meet the needs of customers and deliver value to GSK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong domain knowledge by understanding business processes, industry best practices, and market solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product directors/senior product managers to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Establish business value, manage delivery, and service performance while managing business risk within the assigned product domain.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree – Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Information Technology.
  • Knowledge of Fluid Dynamics, Partial Differential Equations, and Ordinary Differential Equations.
  • Good understanding of Python programming.
  • Strong analytical mindset, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
