About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team in Milano, Italy. As a Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing daily cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity is sufficient to meet short-term and long-term needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity is sufficient to meet short-term and long-term needs.
  • Oversee treasury operations, including cash positioning, funding requirements, and payment processing.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports related to cash management, including cash flow forecasts, liquidity analysis, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure all treasury activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months/1 year of Finance experience and/or in the role.
  • Background in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excel and Microsoft Office package expertise.
  • Precision and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with others.
  • Fluent in English.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of an introductory call with P&C, a case study, a technical and background-based interview with Accounting Manager, and an in-person interview at our HQ in Milan with our hiring team.
