We are currently in search of a

Information Management Specialist

to become part of our team dedicated to a brighter future. This is a permanent position.

As an Information Management Specialist, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

Serve as the primary IM/ICT liaison at the designated site, overseeing the entire regional operations. Function as an IM advisor to identify the most suitable IM services for specific requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness at the local level. Oversee local ICT initiatives and modifications from inception to completion, collaborating with central teams and local service providers. Act as the escalation point for unresolved or persistent helpdesk issues, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (both internal and external), and monitoring the cost-effectiveness of ICT expenditures, escalating any budget overruns to management. Be the first point of contact for the management team regarding ICT-related queries and concerns. Continuously assess and document the performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness of provided ICT services for management review. Authorize invoices for the local ICT budget. Manage and support local ICT systems, infrastructure, and contracts, taking charge of local ICT vendors. Supervise regional ICT contacts.

To excel in this position, we anticipate you possess:

Extensive experience in IM/ICT management. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage escalations effectively. A proven history of overseeing ICT projects and modifications from start to finish. Proficiency in English at a B2 (Upper Intermediate) or C1 (Advanced) level is essential. Capability to monitor, document, and report on the performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness of ICT services. Strong knowledge of ICT (Networking, Servers, etc.). Experience in vendor management and handling ICT-related contracts and systems. Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with both central teams and local providers. Willingness to travel as necessary for the role, approximately 5-10% of the time.
